Mr. Srikanth Reddy is a visionary entrepreneur whose career reflects a compelling blend of technical expertise, strategic acumen, and a deep passion for building lasting communities. A B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering (1997) from Vishweshwarayya Engineering College, Bangalore, he began his career in the United States with DBNG (1998–2002) before returning to India to join ICICI Bank (2002–2004).
In 2004, driven by a vision to create quality living spaces, he transitioned into real estate — starting with individual residential buildings and quickly earning a reputation for reliability and timely delivery. His first apartment project in Koti (2005–2006) marked the start of a distinguished development career.
From 2005 to 2011, he led prominent villa and apartment projects in Bachupally with Manvitha Builders and Developers. He then managed a prestigious government project — the National Population Register (2011–2014) — demonstrating his ability to handle large-scale, complex undertakings.
In 2014, he founded JNS Infrastructure with an unwavering commitment to excellence in residential and commercial development. With over two decades of experience spanning technology and real estate, Mr. Reddy continues to lead with dedication to trust, transparency, and superior quality.
